The Band San Cisco Is Not Awkward.

Good morning readers! As of right now, I am outside enjoying the sun, drinking my iced coffee from Dunkin Donuts with my music playing in the background, and finally ready to write. This morning I am introducing you to the band, San Sisco. My favorite song by them is “Awkward”, which was released in 2012. It’s a song to put on your summer or surfing playlist!

The band was formed in 2009 and are from “down under”, Fremantle, Western Australia. The band members are:

  • Josh Biondillo: Guitar.
  • Jordi Davieson: Vocals and Guitar.
  • Nick Gardner: Bass.
  • Scarlett Stevens: Vocals and Drums.

San Cisco’s first EP Golden Revolver was released in 2010. Two years later, one of the band’s most popular songs, “Awkward” was released and on their album, San Cisco. At the ARIA Music Awards in 2013, the album was nominated for:

  • Breakthrough Artist – Release.
  • Best Independent Release.
  • Best Dance Release.

Two years later, they had released another their album Gracetown.

San Cisco just released their album, The Water. I love the new album and ten the tracks/songs on it! Every singly song on the album is extremely catchy, “poppy”, disco-ish, and fun to dance to with my friends. The music video for their song, “Hey, Did I Do You Wrong?” shows what/who the band actually is. It shows clips of what the band members do during their free time, when they are preparing to rehearse, on tour, etc…. The video shows that they are just normal people who are enjoying life and playing music.

San Cisco’s tour is focused on their music from their new album. Please make sure to get tickets and see them perform! Here are their tour dates and here is the link to purchase tickets!

Keep on rockin’ guys! Hope to see you soon!
